Dear Hawley Road Resident,

I appreciate your patience with the village while we work on repairing the Hawley Road
Bridge. I am writing to inform you that the engineering group has finalized their preparations
and we can begin moving forward onto the next phase.

September- Advertising for Hawley Bridge
October- Bid Opening for Hawley Bridge
End of October/Early November- Bid will be awarded

Because the completion of this process has been ongoing, construction will not start
until the spring. We wished to have remedied this sooner, but it will be shut down for another
winter. We truly appreciate your patience and understand it has been a severe inconvenience
to you all.
We look forward to finishing this project with the County and ensuring the bridge is safe
to use, once again
